Sunrise Bay

Catching the first light over Moturiki and Motuotau Islands from the peak of Mount Maunganui was an unforgettable experience. While the Mauao Summit Walk is a well-known Tauranga landmark, it's no easy feat. The pre-dawn headlamp hike was physically demanding, but witnessing the sunrise from the top was absolutely worth it.

Printing

Printed on Ilford Fine Art Smooth Cotton Rag Paper (310gsm) with archival pigment inks using a Canon Pro 1000 printer. The listed size refers to the dimensions of the entire paper. The image area itself measures approximately 90% of the total paper size. All prints are hand-signed by Nirmal Perera and sold unframed.
